Thanks to Operation UNITE, we have hosted FREE painting class with Suzanne Pogue of The Painting Place! Our members have learned about art as a therapeutic resource and have had a lot of fun learning from Sue.
CANdemonium! 2024 for God's Food Pantry was a special community service project, in which our members collected canned goods and designed a story board about "Smashing Out Food Insecurity" (the mission of our team, Hulk Smash)! We collected over 600 cans in total!
Our kids love getting involved in their community! Through service projects and volunteer opportunities, they learn the value of teamwork, generosity, and making a positive impact!
We visited the Kentucky State Capitol for Children's Advocacy Week! We met with other Boys & Girls Club organizations and chapters across the state, talked with our state representatives, and toured the Capitol Building!
Black Soil a Non-profit organization out of Lexington donated meals and fresh produce from their farm to tornado victims and their families. Aetna donated supplies from CVS to the victims.
We were thrilled to partner with David Townsend and the Home of Opportunities and Dreams during the summer of 2025. Thanks to their generosity, we were able to use their bus all summer long to ensure our members could enjoy every field trip
